After a national executive search, Valley Health System has selected Will Hobgood as the new Director, Patient Access for Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, VA.
Will comes to Winchester from Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC, where he held the positions of Operations Manager for Patient Access Services and Operating Room Scheduling, Human Resources Business Partner, and Employee Relations Consultant.
Previously, Will worked at Pathways to Life, holding multiple positions: Director of Operations, Expansion Director, and Human Resources Director.
Will earned a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise and Sports Science from East Carolina University. He has a Six Sigma Certification from the Management and Strategy Institute and a Strategic Human Resources
Business Partner (SHRBP) certification from the Human Capital Institute.
