Kyle currently supports Summit Talent Group through management of IT resources, database maintenance and deduplication, accounts payable and receivable, and contract writing. As one of the earliest employees of Summit Talent Group, Kyle has held multiple roles in the company. As Technology Coordinator, she researched and implemented new technology, including a more efficient document collaboration solution and migrated the company to a new CRM platform. As Operations Manager, Kyle was responsible for scheduling, organizing travel, and project management, as well as writing client contracts and responding to RFPs.
Kyle’s background is in payroll, back office operations, event planning, and customer service in a variety of retail environments. Kyle graduated from Howard Community College with an Associate’s in Business Administration.
