Global Experience Identifying and Managing Talent
As President of Summit Talent Group, Seth uses his 20 years experience in executive search to oversee the boutique executive search firm’s business operations, client relations and the final candidate interview/offer process. Seth’s business acumen, ability to relate to a wide array of talent from diverse backgrounds and his leadership skills stem from his extensive international travel and his experience working in a variety of industries outside of health care. Seth has traveled to more than 25 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America—including a two-year expatriate assignment in the United Kingdom. He has served in positions of increasing responsibility in human resources, sales, operations, marketing communications and consulting.
Prior to founding Summit Talent Group, Seth worked with Bon Secours Health System (BSHSI) for 11 years, serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition. In this role, he partnered with Joann Sherrer’s company, Pinnacle Research, to staff the launch of the Epic electronic medical record system prior to her joining BSHSI in June 2010. Seth, Joann and Mary Louise Howe, who joined BSHSI in 2008, created BSHSI’s in-house executive recruitment model. By successfully insourcing the executive recruitment function, this team eliminated all external retained search services, successfully placed hundreds of health care leaders and saved millions of dollars in search fees. In 2011, Seth, Joann and Mary Louise launched BSHSI’s Health Care Talent Alliance, a first-of-its-kind revenue-generating service line that sold executive search services to hospital systems, long-term-care organizations and physician practices.
Seth has been quoted in business and health care publications including BusinessWeek.com, Modern Healthcare, SmartCEO and Catholic Health World. He serves as an adjunct instructor at Howard Community College in Columbia, MD, and is on the executive committee of Cattail Creek Country Club in Glenwood, MD.
In July of 2016, Summit Talent Group was acquired by The Innovation Institute and FutureSense, becoming a member of its Enterprise Development Group (EDG) portfolio of health care service companies, adding depth to their offering of end-to-end people strategy and organization solutions.
As Operations Manager for Summit Talent Group, Kyle is the primary resource for preparing client and candidate interview materials and supports the recruiting team with scheduling, organizing travel, and project management. She manages the office administrative function, including client contracts, proposals, invoicing and billing. Kyle also maintains the public website, manages all of the company’s technology and database tools, and researches innovative applications to ensure efficient recruitment operations. She is a graduate of Howard Community College in Columbia, MD, with an Associate Degree in Business Administration.
