Global Experience Identifying and Managing Talent
As President of Summit Talent Group, Seth uses his 25+ years of human resources, sales, operations and marketing communications experience to oversee the firm’s business operations, client relations and candidate offer process.
Under Seth’s leadership, Summit Talent Group has, over the past six years, placed more than 200 executive and interim leaders across the country; and during his career he has successfully completed more than 600 leadership placements including Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Chief Medical Officers, Chief Human Resources Officers and other C-suite senior executives.
Seth’s business acumen, ability to relate to a wide array of talent from diverse backgrounds and his leadership skills stem from his extensive international travel and his experience working in government, technology and healthcare. Seth has traveled to more than 25 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America—including a two-year expatriate assignment in the United Kingdom.
Prior to founding Summit Talent Group, Seth worked for Bon Secours Health System (BSHSI), serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Seth pioneered the BSHSI in-house executive recruitment model, successfully insourcing the executive recruitment function, placing hundreds of health care leaders and saving millions of dollars in search fees.
Seth has been quoted in business and health care publications including BusinessWeek.com, Modern Healthcare, SmartCEO and Catholic Health World. He has served as an adjunct instructor at Howard Community College in Columbia, MD, and is the President of Cattail Creek Country Club in Glenwood, MD.
In July of 2016, Summit Talent Group was acquired by The Innovation Institute and FutureSense, becoming a member of its Enterprise Development Group (EDG) portfolio of health care service companies, adding depth to their offering of end-to-end people strategy and organization solutions.
