Summit Talent Group Initiates Senior Director, Cardiovascular Service Line Search

University of Colorado Health (UCHealth) – Memorial Hospital has retained Summit Talent Group to conduct a national executive search for the position of: Senior Director – Cardiovascular Service Line (SDCV), for the Colorado Springs (Southern) Region of UCHealth in Colorado Springs, CO, encompassing Memorial Hospital Central, Memorial Hospital North, Grandview Hospital, and Pikes Peak Hospital.

Senior Director, Cardiovascular Service Line Search

The Southern Region’s CV services are anchored at UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central, an award-winning 413-bed hospital, Level I trauma center and certified stroke center; with additional inpatient and outpatient services provided throughout the region, including UCHealth Memorial North.

Reporting to the Regional COO, and working collaboratively with the CV Medical Director, the SDCV will develop and lead the implementation of strategic business development initiatives, supporting the shared vision of growth with physician and dyad partners.

The incumbent will be the catalyst for expanding the CV footprint, marketing the UCHealth brand as the regional destination for CV services. Critical to success is creating an environment for highly engaged physicians; recruiting new providers with a passion for quality of care; focusing on patient access, cost, and outcomes; building the governance model and quality review system; and branding the care experience in the community—culminating in becoming a nationally recognized CV program.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of management experience leading a comprehensive CV Service line within an innovative, complex health system. A master’s degree in Business or a related field, is required.

As Operations Manager for Summit Talent Group, Kyle is the primary resource for preparing client and candidate interview materials and supports the recruiting team with scheduling, organizing travel, and project management. She manages the office administrative function, including client contracts, proposals, invoicing and billing. Kyle also maintains the public website, manages all of the company’s technology and database tools, and researches innovative applications to ensure efficient recruitment operations. She is a graduate of Howard Community College in Columbia, MD, with an Associate Degree in Business Administration.
