As the Chief Financial Consultant – Interim Financial Services for Summit Talent Group, Dan brings more than 30 years of healthcare financial executive experience from health systems across the country. Dan has worked for some of the largest national and regional health systems and hospitals, leading the financial services function in both operational and strategic capacities.
Dan’s core proficiencies encompass performance improvement, sustained turnaround, revenue cycle operations and skillfully building and developing teams during periods of transition and cultural integration. He offers a refined expertise in navigating complex organizations and partnering with the associated governance structures. Dan is known for his focused work ethic and genuine people interactions.
Prior to joining the Summit Talent Group team, Dan’s career spanned faith-based, non-profit and academic systems, including Ascension Health, Catholic Health Services of Long Island, MedStar Health, and Duke Medicine.
Dan is based in the Mid-Atlantic region and travels weekly to client sites for engagements.
