E&A Therapy (E&A) has retained Summit Talent Group to conduct a national Chief Executive Officer Search (CEO). With more than 28 clinics across Southeastern PA and NJ, E&A continues to grow across the region, employing approximately 230 staff of which 135 are physical therapists (PTs). Treating 1,120 patients per day on average, the profession of physical therapy can be best described as a “calling,” and this fundamental tenet is embedded in the culture and operating practices of E&A.

The founding partners, also serving today as the senior leadership team (Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Collections & Compliance Officer) are transitioning into full-time Board of Directors roles, creating the opportunity to bring a new CEO into the organization.
The CEO will be a visible and visionary leader, positioning E&A to double in size in the next five years through continued new clinic openings and acquisitions. Embracing a proven treatment care model that allows for the PT to attend to fewer patients each day with greater personalized service, the
CEO will build upon E&A’s legacy and reputation for quality outcomes.
A tireless work ethic combined with a penchant for financial analysis and metric-driven decision making, the CEO will optimize business operations; scale the infrastructure for further expansion; bring marketing and business development expertise; address the complex healthcare and competitive landscape; promote employee participation in decision making and feedback with a particular focus on grooming the next generation of millennial leaders.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred), with at least 10 years leadership experience in a healthcare related organization, exposed to managing multi-office locations through a standardized set of business metrics that produce sustained profitability, and improves the lives of patients

As Operations Manager for Summit Talent Group, Kyle is the primary resource for preparing client and candidate interview materials and supports the recruiting team with scheduling, organizing travel, and project management. She manages the office administrative function, including client contracts, proposals, invoicing and billing. Kyle also maintains the public website, manages all of the company’s technology and database tools, and researches innovative applications to ensure efficient recruitment operations. She is a graduate of Howard Community College in Columbia, MD, with an Associate Degree in Business Administration.
