University Hospitals Welcomes New Manager, Provider Enrollment

Summit Talent Group congratulates University Hospitals in Cleveland, OH on the appointment of Broc Rocchi as the new Manager of Provider Enrollment.

Most recently, Rocchi served as the Credentialing Program Manager at OhioHealth Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. In this capacity, he has overseen a team responsible for the meticulous credentialing processes of over 2,000 physicians and advanced practice providers annually. His leadership has ensured compliance with stringent 60-day credentialing turnaround times across multiple hospitals and emergency departments. Rocchi’s adeptness with electronic medical record systems has streamlined provider information management, while his collaboration with department chairs and credentialing committees has facilitated smooth operations.

Rocchi’s achievements extend beyond routine operations, as evidenced by his involvement in several significant projects. Notably, his role in the opening of Pickerington Methodist Hospital in December 2023 showcased his ability to efficiently onboard over 70 providers within strict deadlines, ensuring the hospital’s seamless commencement of services. Additionally, his contributions to the Bing Cancer Center 340B Project and the Grant FSED Telemedicine Coverage initiative underscore his capacity to navigate complex healthcare initiatives effectively.

Prior to his tenure in healthcare, Rocchi honed his managerial skills as the Director of Ticket Operations at Ohio University Athletics. Here, he managed ticketing operations for various athletic events, overseeing revenue accounting, customer relationship management, and the recruitment and training of student workers. His additional experience at Ohio University included sports videography and gameday operations. Rocchi holds a Bachelor of Sport Management from Ohio University’s College of Business.
