Dr. Victor Sonnino, a board-certified neurosurgeon and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, serves as the boutique executive firm’s Chief Medical Executive Consultant. For more than two decades, Dr. Sonnino practiced neurosurgery and later entered management following earning a graduate degree in Business Administration. His particular strengths include the ability to develop and maintain well-established relationships with the executive hospital management team, medical staff, board of directors and the community.
Dr. Sonnino is currently serving as a Surveyor for DNV-GL, both as a Team Leader for Primary and Comprehensive Stroke Centers that seek certification or recertification as well as serving as a member of DNV-GL teams providing CMS deemed accreditation and ISO certification to Hospital Centers throughout the country. This has provided a wealth of experience on issues of Compliance, Quality Management, Risk Prevention and Management and Leadership.
In addition, Dr. Sonnino is a member of the Hospital Board of Medical Protective Insurance Company, A Berkshire Hathaway Company, dealing, in an advisory capacity, with multiple, varied and complex issues of Medical Malpractice and Risk Prevention.
In July of 2016, Summit Talent Group was acquired by The Innovation Institute and FutureSense, becoming a member of its Enterprise Development Group (EDG) portfolio of health care service companies, adding depth to their offering of end-to-end people strategy and organization solutions.
As Operations Manager for Summit Talent Group, Kyle is the primary resource for preparing client and candidate interview materials and supports the recruiting team with scheduling, organizing travel, and project management. She manages the office administrative function, including client contracts, proposals, invoicing and billing. Kyle also maintains the public website, manages all of the company’s technology and database tools, and researches innovative applications to ensure efficient recruitment operations. She is a graduate of Howard Community College in Columbia, MD, with an Associate Degree in Business Administration.
