Victor A. Broccolino, former president and CEO of Howard County General Hospital: A Member of Johns Hopkins Medicine, has been named Chief Business Development Officer for Summit Talent Group, a retained executive search firm headquartered in Maryland.

During Broccolino’s 24 years of leadership of Howard County General Hospital, the hospital experienced significant change and growth, including its acquisition by Johns Hopkins Medicine, the completion of several major facility projects and the addition or expansion of numerous services and programs. These enhancements resulted in national and regional recognition of the hospital’s high level of care and service.

“Vic is a well-regarded and highly respected member of the Maryland health care community and his reputation for integrity, network of professional contacts, and hands-on experience as a health care executive and community leader make him a perfect fit for executive talent management,” says Seth Lee, managing partner of Summit Talent Group.

Broccolino has over 47 years of health care experience. Prior to his tenure at Howard County General Hospital, Broccolino served as the Chief Executive Officer of Bon Secours Baltimore Health Corporation from 1986 to 1989, where he started working in 1972 and held several positions including comptroller, director of fiscal services and chief operating officer, prior to being named CEO.

“I am excited about launching this new phase of my career and look forward to being able to use my network and experience to help find outstanding talent for leadership in the health care field,” says Broccolino.

Broccolino earned an M.B.A. from Loyola of Maryland Sellinger School of Business in Baltimore, MD, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore.

An active member of the community, Broccolino has serves on numerous boards and
