Summit Talent Group Completes Executive Search for Chief Executive Officer

April 2, 2018: After a national executive search, Bon Secours Health System has selected Paul Gaden as the new Chief Executive Officer for Bon Secours Maryview Medical Center in Portsmouth, VA and Bon Secours DePaul Medical Center in Norfolk, VA. Additionally, Paul will be the executive leader for surgical services across Bon Secours Virginia.

Paul comes to Bon Secours most recently from Providence St. Joseph Health, where he served as Chief Executive Officer of the Oregon Eastern Division and Providence Portland Medical Center. Previously, Paul was with CHRISTUS Spohn Health System, serving as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for a succession of hospitals – South, Memorial and Shoreline. He also served as Vice President, Ancillary & Support Services and Performance Improvement.

Paul’s earlier career was in Virginia as a finance executive for Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, Bon Secours St. Francis Medical Center, and the University of Virginia Health System. Outside of healthcare, Paul also served as a financial analyst for Lockheed Martin Corporation in Manassas, Virginia.

Paul earned a Master of Business Administration from The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Pennsylvania State University in Middletown, Pennsylvania. He also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt and is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

As Operations Manager for Summit Talent Group, Kyle is the primary resource for preparing client and candidate interview materials and supports the recruiting team with scheduling, organizing travel, and project management. She manages the office administrative function, including client contracts, proposals, invoicing and billing. Kyle also maintains the public website, manages all of the company’s technology and database tools, and researches innovative applications to ensure efficient recruitment operations. She is a graduate of Howard Community College in Columbia, MD, with an Associate Degree in Business Administration.
