BSHSI has selected a new Clinical Director for Population Health for Good Help ACO and Bon Secours Health System.

This newly created role will support the mutual efforts of Good Help ACO and the Center of Clinical Excellence and Innovation to drive the transformation efforts.  The Clinical Director for Population Health will be the physician liaison and leader for BSHSI’s value-based care delivery efforts including the MSSP, value-based purchasing and delivering on strategic outcomes.

Consistent with the clinical dyad model, the Clinical Director for Population Health will work alongside the Director for Care Management of Bon Secours Health System to lead the design and implementation of enterprise clinical care programs to deliver differentiated population health services.

The Clinical Director for Population Health will provide guidance and program content to the Good Help ACO and medical leadership as well as the design for sophisticated analytics focusing on clinical interventions, costs, patient compliance, satisfaction, and real-life outcomes.

A primary objective for the dyad effort will be the design and implementation of a Center for Care Coordination that will serve BSHSI’s care management needs.

Because of the nature of this newly created position, it was imperative that the candidates presented have extensive clinical leadership in providing outstanding access, quality and service to underserved members.
