Sharon brings more than three decades experience working with, or as a member of, healthcare executive teams. She has worked for large hospital systems, medical groups, and national healthcare insurers in organizational effectiveness capacities. Sharon’s core competencies include strategic communication, change management, culture, and leadership performance. She brings expertise in cultural competence/inclusion, developing value propositions and compelling narratives that build organizational trust and stakeholder alignment in order to achieve mutually-beneficial goals.
Prior to joining Summit Talent Group, Sharon’s career spanned not-for-profit, corporate and consulting environments including Aetna, Kaiser Health Plan and Hospitals, The Permanente Medical Group, Florida Blue (Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida), Mercer Consulting and Arthur Andersen.
Sharon is known for strategic thinking, influencing paradigm shifts and her ability to engage diverse stakeholders. She is a member of The Arthur Page Society, the association of top-tier communication executives globally.
In July of 2016, Summit Talent Group was acquired by The Innovation Institute and FutureSense, becoming a member of its Enterprise Development Group (EDG) portfolio of health care service companies, adding depth to their offering of end-to-end people strategy and organization solutions.
