The SLDN brings to this role a refined skillset in not only operationalizing budgeted resources and services, but also in building and communicating business cases that support growth and return on investment: capital equipment, human resources, facility infrastructure, marketing and branding, alliance partners, and additions to the physician network outside the immediate geography.

The ideal candidate has a master’s degree in business, marketing, or healthcare management. Essential to this role is five years of experience in a service line management position in a complex healthcare organization, especially from a children’s hospital.
