Bradden comes to UCHealth from the University of Tennessee Medical Center where he served as the Director of Cardiovascular Services, where he was a key leader in obtaining the Joint Commission Comprehensive Cardiac Center certification. Bradden was responsible for all operations and performance of Cardiovascular Services, including accountability of the Cardiac Cath and Electrophysiology Labs, Cardiovascular Recovery Unit, Endovascular Suites, Endovascular Recovery Unit, Vascular Access Center, Adult Cystic Fibrosis Center, Cardiovascular Pulmonary Rehabilitation, and the Heart Valve Center. Bradden was also an administrative member of the Heart Lung Vascular Institute.

Previously, Bradden served progressive positions at Mercy Medical Center North Iowa in Mason City, IA, as Manager – Cardiac Catheterization Labs & Procedure Recovery Unit; Manager – Environmental Services & Grounds; and beginning as an Administrative Fellow.

Bradden’s early career began at Primary Children’s Medical Center where he served as a clinical lab assistant and phlebotomist.  He also served as a sales manager and associate at Infinite Mind and was an Administrator in Training at Scottish Rite Park.

Bradden earned a Masters in Health Care Administration and a Masters in Public Health from Des Moines University, and a Bachelors of Behavioral Science and Health from the University of Utah. He also currently serves as a Board Member for the American College of Healthcare Executives and has previously been on the Executive Leadership Board of the American Heart Association Heart Walk.

As Operations Manager for Summit Talent Group, Kyle is the primary resource for preparing client and candidate interview materials and supports the recruiting team with scheduling, organizing travel, and project management. She manages the office administrative function, including client contracts, proposals, invoicing and billing. Kyle also maintains the public website, manages all of the company’s technology and database tools, and researches innovative applications to ensure efficient recruitment operations. She is a graduate of Howard Community College in Columbia, MD, with an Associate Degree in Business Administration.
