Metropolitan Healthcare Services (MHS) in Fairfax, VA, has retained Summit Talent Group to conduct a national executive search for the Vice President of Sales.
MHS is an industry leader in providing comprehensive support services for hospitals and healthcare facilities throughout the United States. They provide Certified Nursing Assistants, Phlebotomists, Sitters, Patient Safety Associates & Clinical Technicians, Healthcare Ambassadors, and other healthcare areas. They also provide training and assistance in certification for CNAs and clinical support services. MHS provides supporting services nationally with over 850 employees, with a history of providing excellence in service for over 20 years.
Under the direction and supervision of the MHS Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the VP Sales and Marketing functions as the Strategic Business Leader of the Sales and Marketing Department. The position has overall responsibility for achieving revenue goals, creating RFPs, managing contracts, marketing, and the financial performance of the department. The VP implements the brand’s service strategy and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the Sales process.
Additionally, this position proactively positions, markets, and manages marketing budgets of MHS Services to enable development of healthcare specific campaigns, promotions, collateral, etc. to drive revenue and meet company metrics and objectives.
The VP also develops and implements companywide sales and marketing strategies that deliver services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer profile and healthcare associates to provide a return on investment to the stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has at least seven years of healthcare services sales and marketing experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (sales/marketing/management).
