Summit Talent Group has been retained to conduct an executive search for a HR Shared Services leader for a Cincinnati-based healthcare staffing provider.
We are looking for a Senior Manager of HR Shared Services to lead a shared service function including employee relations, service center, HRIS and analytics. This role will build and design the HR Service Center, focusing on development, structure and outputs of the HR help desk, with an emphasis on improving service delivery and quality of information released within the Shared Services function. In this dual strategic/operational position, the occupant is responsible for promoting and developing solutions to enhance the Shared Service function, leveraging HR best practices, designing, implementing, and optimizing processes, and programs affecting Shared Services as well as acting as an escalation point for team support.
