The Carmelite System has retained Summit Talent Group to search for the executive position of Administrator for Carmel Manor located in Fort Thomas, KY. At Carmel Manor, mission matters. Sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters, whose sole purpose is to take care of people at the end of life with love, compassion, and joy, Carmel Manor offers individualized nursing care for residents in a warm, home-like setting, including a Personal Care unit, a Rehabilitation program, and a Long-Term Care unit.
The Carmelite System, a Catholic not-for-profit health system sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, consists of senior care facilities that provide services to the aged and infirm.
The Carmel Manor Administrator is responsible for strategic planning and administers, directs, and coordinates all activities of the facility to assure that the highest degree of quality of care is consistently provided to the residents and patients.
A Master’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred, and a Baccalaureate or equivalent experience is required. Also required are a minimum of five years of experience, as well as a current, unencumbered, Kentucky license to practice as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
