Most recently, La Donna served as Senior Executive Director, Human Resources for Southern California Providence Saint Joseph Health System in Burbank, CA, with responsibility for such functions as workforce planning, orientation, HR policies and procedures, performance management, employee relations, employee wellness programs, and employee satisfaction.

Previously, La Donna held the position of Deputy Director, Human Resources for Multnomah County Human Resource Division, a county government agency serving 800,000+ residents. She led the strategic direction, program development and operational implementation of all HR services for both union and non-union employees, including HRIS, Organizational Development (OD), Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Diversity/Inclusion/EEO/Affirmative Action and Employee/Labor Relations.

La Donna also served as Senior Director, Human Resources for McDonald’s Corporation West Division, comprised of over 25,000 employees throughout a 15-state region; and Senior Representative, Human Resources for Tri-Met Division of HR, a public transportation agency in Portland, OR.

La Donna is currently engaged in completing her Bachelor of Arts degree and is a member of the Hospital Human Resource Management Association (HHRMA), American Society for Healthcare Human Resource Administration (ASHHRA), and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
