Summit Talent Group Completes Executive Search Director, Specialty Care Services

June 25, 2018: After a national executive search, Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) has selected Lily Li as the new Director, Specialty Care Services.

Most recently, Lily held the title of Senior Manager of Specialty Operations at Providence Health & Services in Santa Monica, CA, accountable for the daily operations of multi-specialty clinics in the Los Angeles market.

Previously, Lily served as Senior Practice Manager in a variety of clinics in the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) Health System, including the Medical Specialty Suite in Westwood, CA; Primary & Specialty Care Practice in Redondo Beach, CA; and Cardiology Practice, Imaging and Nuclear Medicine in Santa Monica, CA.

Lily also served as Practice Supervisor for a Hematology/Oncology/Transplant Faculty Practice for the University of California San Francisco Medical Center (UCSF).

Outside of California, Lily served as Practice Manager at Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH; Operations Specialist for Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, IL; and her post-graduate career began as an Administrative Fellow and Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL. Lily’s earlier career combined consulting, project management and finance work at Missouri Baptist Medical Center, SSM St. Mary’s Health Center, and Barnes & Jewish Hospital, all in St. Louis, MO. She began her career as a Molecular Genetics Research Core Lab Manager at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, TN.

Lily earned her Master of Health Administration from Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Vanderbilt University. She is also Six Sigma Black Belt trained in Revenue Cycle Management and a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

As Operations Manager for Summit Talent Group, Kyle is the primary resource for preparing client and candidate interview materials and supports the recruiting team with scheduling, organizing travel, and project management. She manages the office administrative function, including client contracts, proposals, invoicing and billing. Kyle also maintains the public website, manages all of the company’s technology and database tools, and researches innovative applications to ensure efficient recruitment operations. She is a graduate of Howard Community College in Columbia, MD, with an Associate Degree in Business Administration.
