Tom comes to E&A from Children’s Surgical Associates (CSA) in Philadelphia, PA, where he served as Director of Finance, the most senior financial leader of CSA. CSA is a separate entity of the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Tom was responsible for revenue cycle functions for 115 physicians, collections, budget, financial statements, 990 tax return preparation and overall management of patient accounting and finance staff.
While at CSA, Tom successfully transitioned the practice to the Epic billing system and the Lawson accounting system. He implemented a paperless collection system and multiple revenue cycle enhancements, including moving from modified cash accounting to full-time monthly accrual accounting. He also co-managed the Professional Billing Customer Service department on behalf of the CHOP physician practices.
Previously, Tom worked at Drexel University College of Medicine, serving as Department Administrator for multiple departments: Cardiothoracic Surgery, Cardiology, and Neurosurgery. His previous career was as an auditor for the Medical College of Pennsylvania/Allegheny Health, Education and Research Foundation (AHERF); Dupli-Fax Corporation; and Deloitte-Touche.
Tom earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. He is an active CPA and is Epic Certified in Revenue Management Financial Billing. Tom is also a member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

She manages the office administrative function, including client contracts, proposals, invoicing and billing. Kyle also maintains the public website, manages all of the company’s technology and database tools, and researches innovative applications to ensure efficient recruitment operations. She is a graduate of Howard Community College in Columbia, MD, with an Associate Degree in Business Administration.
