After an extensive nation-wide search, Healthcare Executive Search Firm, Summit Talent Group, has completed its CEO Good Help Connections Executive Search for  Bon Secours Health System – BSHSI GHC is BSHSI’s consulting arm committed to providing a sustainable model of clinical transformation and care coordination through management consulting and advisory services.

The CEO Good Help Connections Executive Search was particularly challenging since the person to be placed into this newly created role will report directly to the Executive Vice President, Chief Medical Officer, and Market Leader for Senior Services and be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of GHC.

Working directly with GHC’s Board of Directors, the GHC team and CMO, the CEO Good Help Connections will develop and implement critical strategies, policies and procedures in alignment with strategic initiatives focused on innovative technology solutions for BSHSI and its partners. The person placed needed to have a broad experience in business development and strategy to build a pipeline of regional Trusted Partners and define potential new service offerings.

As Operations Manager for Summit Talent Group, Kyle is the primary resource for preparing client and candidate interview materials and supports the recruiting team with scheduling, organizing travel, and project management. She manages the office administrative function, including client contracts, proposals, invoicing and billing. Kyle also maintains the public website, manages all of the company’s technology and database tools, and researches innovative applications to ensure efficient recruitment operations. She is a graduate of Howard Community College in Columbia, MD, with an Associate Degree in Business Administration.
