Summit Talent Group at Bon Secours on the Green Golf Outing

Monday, September 28, 2015: For the third year in a row, Summit Talent Group proudly participated as a sponsor for the annual Bon Secours on the Green Golf Outing, with proceeds going to Bon Secours Community Works, benefiting West Baltimore.

Bon Secours Community Works is a division of Bon Secours Baltimore Health System. It’s goal is to improve the health of Baltimore residents through safe and affordable housing, community services and neighborhood revitalization efforts.

Sponsors raised a record total of $355,000 during the event, equivalent to twenty percent of Community Works’ annual revenue with an increase of $40,000 over last year’s event. $70,000 was set aside for ‘Believe in Our Youth’.

As Operations Manager for Summit Talent Group, Kyle is the primary resource for preparing client and candidate interview materials and supports the recruiting team with scheduling, organizing travel, and project management. She manages the office administrative function, including client contracts, proposals, invoicing and billing. Kyle also maintains the public website, manages all of the company’s technology and database tools, and researches innovative applications to ensure efficient recruitment operations. She is a graduate of Howard Community College in Columbia, MD, with an Associate Degree in Business Administration.
