An Expert in Candidate Research and Development Practices

As Senior Associate of Summit Talent Group, Audrey brings more than 30 years of human resources, research and executive search experience to manage the candidate research, development and interview process; further, Audrey meets with clients to determine job specification parameters, goals and objectives. Throughout the search engagement, Audrey maintains close contact with candidates, assessing their personal and professional career trajectory and motivation for considering new employment endeavors.

Audrey, an accomplished executive recruitment generalist, has conducted hundreds of search engagements and has developed expertise in a variety of specialty healthcare arenas including revenue cycle, finance, compliance, human resources, and medicine. She has also partnered successfully with numerous academic search committees for Chairs of Medicine, Surgery and for high level administrative positions.

Prior to Summit Talent Group, Audrey worked at Quick Leonard Kieffer as a Principal Consultant. She was also an Executive Recruiter, Healthcare Practice at Spencer Stuart. During her career she worked at Korn Ferry International as a Senior Associate for a total of eight years. Earlier in her career, Audrey was Vice President for Martin Bauman Associates for 16 years, where she conducted business development and independently conducted successful searches in financial services, HR, and life sciences. Other companies Audrey worked with include CTPartners and Hewitt Associates. She had a start as Head of Catering for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Chicago for six years.
