Kyle Wortman, Operations Manager
As Operations Manager for Summit Talent Group, Kyle is the primary resource for preparing client and candidate interview materials and supports the recruiting team with scheduling, organizing travel, and project management. She manages the office administrative function, including client contracts, proposals, invoicing and billing. Kyle also maintains the public website, manages all of the company’s technology and database tools, and researches innovative applications to ensure efficient recruitment operations. She is a graduate of Howard Community College in Columbia, MD, with an Associate Degree in Business Administration.
Carolyn Banas, Operations Coordinator
Carolyn supports Summit Talent Group throughout the entire cycle of the candidate search process. She contributes in selective job industry and candidate research and transfers learned knowledge to the rest of the staff. Carolyn is responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining the documents for clients, candidates, and Summit Talent Group. Taking a support role administratively, Carolyn monitors office inventory and distributes materials to staff members. Carolyn graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
Jackie Webb, Research Associate

Jackie dedicates her full-time energies to candidate research and development; she is responsible for identifying and networking with leaders within leading organizations as well as gauging their interest in career opportunities to Summit Talent Group clients. Jackie also interviews candidates for specific client engagements. Jackie earned a Master’s in Art Education and a Bachelor in Fine Arts in Interior Design from Texas Tech University, Lubbock, TX.
Lexie Rankin, Researcher/Lead Generation Specialist
Lexie provides support to executive recruiters and other team members with targeted research on candidate resumes, industry trends, client company industries, and competitive intelligence data utilizing the internet and proprietary systems. Lexie is a graduate of Frostburg University, Frostburg, MD, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Human Resource Management.
Joanne Quinn, Researcher/Lead Generation Specialist
Joanne provides support to executive recruiters and other team members with targeted research on candidate resumes, industry trends, client company industries, and competitive intelligence data utilizing the internet and proprietary systems. Joanne earned her Master’s degree in Linguistics from Montclair State University in Montclair, NJ, and her Bachelor’s degrees in English, Sociology, and Education from Felician University in Lodi, NJ.
